How soon will my coffee ship after I place an order?

To ensure maximum freshness, we roast to order. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your coffee leaves our San Francisco roastery.

Do you offer coffee subscriptions?

Yes, we offer flexible subscriptions that allow you to receive your favorite blends or rotating single-origin coffees on a schedule that works for you. Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or canceled at any time through your account portal.

Can I get my coffee beans ground?

While we recommend purchasing whole bean coffee and grinding just before brewing for the best flavor, we can grind your coffee for you. Simply select your preferred grind size (Drip, Espresso, or French Press) on the product page before adding it to your cart.

What is your return policy for coffee and merchandise?

Since coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days. For brewing equipment and merchandise, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?

We recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and odors can compromise the delicate flavor profiles of the beans.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
